By using Calia Daily, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The service
Calia Daily is a personal budgeting tool. Expense entry is manual, and your financial entries and budgeting preferences are stored locally on your device.
Not financial advice
Calia Daily is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. It does not constitute professional financial, tax or investment advice. Any decisions you make are your sole responsibility.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, the security of your device, and keeping your own backups using the export feature.
Exchange rates
Exchange rates come from a third-party provider and are provided "as is". They may be delayed or inaccurate and should not be relied on for transactions.
Purchases and subscriptions
If paid features are offered, they are billed through your Apple or Google account, depending on your device, and governed by the App Store or Google Play terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal under the applicable store terms. Management and cancellation are handled in the relevant store account settings.
Intellectual property
The app is licensed to you, not sold. You may not copy, modify or decompile it except as permitted by law.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or available without interruption.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Calia Daily shall not be liable for any loss or damage, including loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
