What to include
Include your app version, device model, iOS version, approximate time of the issue, and any report ID shown by the app.
Privacy boundary
Do not send expense amounts, budget amounts, category names, notes, backup files, or payment card details unless we explicitly ask for a sanitized example.
Purchases
Purchases are handled by Apple. If you have a subscription issue, try Restore Purchases in the app first, then contact support with your App Store country and whether you are using TestFlight or the App Store.
Privacy requests
For privacy, access, correction, or deletion requests, email support with "Privacy request" in the subject.
